The story of this delicious chocolate:
One of his children could not stand the instant chocolate found on the market. Pascal HAMOUR has created a chocolate made from a blend of 19 different cocoa beans with 36% cocoa content.
This delicious chocolate, tested by a great chef at Pascal HAMOUR home, was then distributed in the luxury hotel and restaurant, because the chef had found it really excellent.
You can now enjoy it at breakfast in many hotels such as BARRIERE hotels that have created a homemade recipe from this chocolate. (If you go through Cannes go for example to treat yourself to the hotel Majestic BARRIERE by drinking a cup of hot chocolate Pascal HAMOUR).

Packaged in individual sachets of 30g and 1kg, it’s very easy to make chocolate.
