A story of alchemy Pascal Hamour® - creating scents and flavours since 1996

1996

It was a passion for coffee, passed down from generation to generation, that first prompted Pascal Hamour® to become a self-taught roaster in 1996.

1998

1998 was a key year in Pascal Hamour's development. It was at this time that he also became interested in teas and infusions, often neglected in the hotel and restaurant trade. He quickly realised how difficult it was for professionals to produce the perfect infusion when they placed orders in his shop in Andernos-les-Bains in Gironde.

Driven by his intuition and good taste, he decided to devote himself to teas and infusions alongside coffee. From then on, he pooled all his knowledge to create the concept as it is today. Pascal Hamour is a tea house with real expertise in the world of hot drinks for professionals. It is also a unique training of teams throughout the world at the service of the end customer.

Subsequently, he worked on other products:

Subsequently, he worked on other products:

  • Powdered chocolate originally intended for her children, who didn't like industrial chocolate
  • An infusion for children "I love sweets without any sugar"
  • Organic sugar in transparent, compostable sachets. These are fitted with a double quick-opening system and can be personalised.

2002

In collaboration with health professionals and herbalists, Pascal Hamour® is launching a range of infusions with medicinal properties. The range is designed for thalassotherapy patients.

2007

In 2007, the entire Pascal Hamour® line became organic and Ecocert certified. An important turning point in the history of the company.

2012

Production of Pascal Hamour coffee ceased. The brand then devoted itself entirely to organic tea and infusions.

2018

In its constant quest for innovation, Pascal Hamour® is the first in the world to launch a line of fresh, low-calorie, healthy and organic infusions. These attractive metal and glass bottles with their refined design are aimed at young and old alike.

2020

This year sees the launch of the brand new "Really Organic by Pascal HAMOUR Paris" range. In addition to the ECOCERT label, all the teas and infusions undergo a second series of in-depth analyses guaranteeing that they are "vraiment Bio". Pascal Hamour has created a range that makes truly organic, environmentally-friendly luxury teas accessible to as many people as possible.

It therefore creates two lines:

  • Boxes of 20 tea bags with 12 references to satisfy professionals who have a smaller budget to spend on tea but who are above all looking for expertise and quality.
  • A line of cube-shaped boxes created by a designer from the Italian POLIMODA school, in a limited edition for the general public.
